September 2024 intake
Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you'll make in their early lives. We understand how important it is and we are pleased to be able to offer school tours this year. These will be in small groups and slots can be booked s by phoning the school office on 01935 840407 or emailing office@cdcs.uk:
Mrs Chesterton is usually available at the end of the phone and is happy to chat to any prospective parents - please just phone the school office to make an appointment.

Chilthorne Domer Church School is a Local Authority maintained Primary school. Admissions are managed by Somerset County Council Admissions team using the appropriate published admissions and over-subscription criteria. If you have a pre-school child, Somerset County Council will send you all the relevant information regarding choosing a school. Applications need to be submitted in January of the year your child is due to start school.

Over-Subscription
Parents may have their applications refused because a year group is full to capacity. Parents have a right to go to Appeal, details of how this process is managed are available below.
