Our Christian Values
Together we Love, we Aim High and we Celebrate!
1 Corinthians chapter 13 vs 4-8
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;[a] 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Our Core Christian Values
As you can see below, we look at 18 Christian Values over the course of our Collective Worship programme. Each is important, but as a school council, along with Mrs Chesterton, Mrs Carter and Mrs Batstone, we looked at each of them and decided which aligned closest with our school vision.
In the video below, you can see our school council introducing the 6 core values to the school and describing how we will focus on them throughout our journey through the school. This was then shared with our governors and the wider school community.
