Wrap-around childcare
At Chilthorne Domer Church School we run a breakfast club from 7.45am and a tea time club until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 4.30pm on a Friday. Charges for these clubs are as follows:
Breakfast Club
7.45am start - £5 a day
8am start - £4 a day
The last breakfast serving is 8.15am and last entry to breakfast club is 8.30am.
Tea Time Club
3.30pm - 4.30pm - £4
3.30pm - 5pm - £6
4.15pm - 5pm (after a club) - £4
- All of these sessions are available to book via ParentMail.
- Bookings need to be made and paid for in advance of the session needed.
- Please make bookings by the Thursday of the week before the session is needed so we can plan staffing and food.
- Only in exceptional circumstances can we accept 'on the day' bookings.
- Credits/refunds can only be made with 48 hours notice or if the child is sent home from school on the day of the booking.
- The school is registered under the government's tax-free childcare scheme. The scheme could save parents/carers 20% off their wrap-around childcare costs. Please ask the finance officer for more information.
