Heavenly God,

Thank you for this time of Lent as a time to pause, reflect and reset.

Sorry for the times I just plough on in my own strength,

forgetting my own wellbeing, forgetting to walk with others or with you.

Please help me use this season of Lent to step back at times and to reset.

To reset and refresh myself, with others and with you.
