Useful resources to support Mental Heath and Wellbeing

Please find an Action for Happiness calendar for January 2021. This might be useful for you and your children to help focus on the simple things which can make us happy!

We will be focusing on our children's mental health particularly during Children's Mental Health Week from 1st February to 7th February within school and at home. A range of resources, links and an assembly will help to support this.

In the meantime, there are some wonderful resources to support your child's mental health whilst learning at home on the Place2Be website https://www.place2be.org.uk

This leaflet provides simple advice and guidance to parents and carers about how to make conversations about their child's feelings part of everyday conversation. Find it here.
